Shipping policy

  1. Orders are shipped weekly.

  2. You will receive a tracking number once the order is shipped 

  3. Please allow up to one week minimum (two week maximum). Monday-Thursday ( business days) for your item to be processed and made before shipment. If there is any further delay in your order, we will be sure to contact you ahead of time. Exceptions may be made only to pre-order items, and the email you receive will include the date your item will be shipped out on!

  4. All orders are shipped via USPS and should arrive between 2-5  business days. (Please keep in mind your 1-2 week processing time)

  5. Orders can only be shipped to the address provided; if an address is entered wrong and item is sent to the wrong location, buyer will have to repay for shipping and handling. Shipping is non-refundable. 

  6. Broken and damaged packages are insured through USPS, but lost or stolen packages we are not responsible for these, so if any such incident should occur, please contact your local USPS to resolve the issue. If an item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us at alishawork@yahoo.com and include "Damaged Item" in the subject line, with photos of the damaged items, proof of purchase, and your order number, and we'll try our best to resolve the issue and file a claim with USPS.
